Chemical composition of essential oils from Crocus ancyrensis (Herbert) Maw Spreading In Çorum (Türkiye) Region

چکیده

Crocus ancyrensis is a yellow-flowered species and in the same family genus with saffron. Although various studies have been conducted on antioxidant capacity essential oil content characterization of saffron (Crocus sativus), there no literature information about C. plant, which known as among people. The members contain many valuable components including antioxidants, phenolic compounds oils. oils obtained from this complex mixture more than 30 components, are primarily terpenes their derivatives. These mixtures used paint, medicine, food applications especially cosmetics sector. In study, plant were extracted clevenger system characterized by GC-MS analyses. As result, 23 volatile identified. 2-Hexenal, 1-ethylbutyl Hydroperoxide, 2-nitro-Hexane, β-Isophorone, α-Isophorone, 2-Caren-10-al Eugenol found main extract. Due to antioxidant, antimicrobial, antifungal, anticancer odorant properties some identified can be medicinal aromatic fields, perfume industry.
